THE MOUTH ORGAN
One outstanding benefit of this season is the peculiarity of the mouth organ  that gives sensual pleasure and nutrition value to all.
Everybody goes about with their mouth busy playing the organ and enjoying the pleasantaries. Though, many people have it for fun or to fill their empty stomach not really mindful of the nutritional value. the cooked are always the vendor's delight especially in parks and on the streets. Let me take you through some nutritional values mouth organ (corn)

6 ) Unlike other cereals such as wheat, corn meal lack GLUTEN(i.e protein that causes inflammatory reactions in the intestine)and because of this, its the recommended food for those that suffer:

chronic digestive colon disorder
over activities of the thyroid gland
7 ) Corn meal is also woman who want to boost up their estrogen (female hormone) activities
